إنتاج ألواح العزل الحراري المصنعة بالجبس التقليدي -التيمشمت

Abstract

يعتبر العزل الحراري من اكثر المشاكل التي يعاني منها ميدان البناء نظرا لتباين درجات الحرارة حسب المناطق في العالم وفي الجزائر وورقلة بصفة خاصة ،ومدى تاثير ذلك على ديمومة المبنى وعلى راحة المستخدمين ،نسعى من خلال هذا البحث والمتمثل في انتاج الواح العزل الحراري المصنعة من الجبس التقليدي (تيمشمت)الى الوصول لتقليص النفاذية الحرارية دون التفريط في الجانب الجمالي للبناية بعد دراسة الخصائص الفيزيائية والميكانيكية والحرارية توصلنا الى عزل جيد نوعا ما يراعي الكلفة الطاقوية، اضافة الى الحفاظ على الجانب الجمالي للبناية ،اكدت هذه الدراسة فعالية المنتج وحمايته للمنشأة مع ضمان المحافظة على الموروث الثقافي للمنطقة بطريقة عصرية وغير مكلفة .

Thermal insulation is one of the most problems suffered by the field of construction due to the variation in temperatures according to regions in the world and in Algeria and Ouargla in particular, and the extent of its impact on the sustainability of the building and the comfort of users, we seek through this research, which is the production of thermal insulation panels manufactured from traditional gypsum (Timchmt) to reach to reduce thermal permeability without compromising the aesthetic aspect of the building After studying the physical, mechanical and thermal properties, we reached a fairly good insulation that takes into account the energy cost, in addition to preserving the aesthetic aspect of the building, this study confirmed the effectiveness of the product and its protection of the facility while ensuring the preservation of the cultural heritage of the region in a modern and inexpensive way.

L’isolation thermique est l’un des plus grands problèmes subis par le domaine de la construction en raison de la variation des températures selon les régions du monde ,en Algérie et Ouargla en particulier, et de l’ampleur de son impact sur la durabilité du bâtiment et le confort des utilisateurs, nous cherchons à travers cette recherche, qui est la production de panneaux d’isolation thermique fabriqués à partir de gypse traditionnel (Timchmt) à atteindre pour améliorer le comportement thermique sans compromettre l’aspect esthétique du bâtiment Après avoir étudié les propriétés physiques, mécaniques et thermiques, nous sommes parvenus à une assez bonne isolation qui tient compte du coût énergétique, en plus de préserver l’aspect esthétique du bâtiment, cette étude a confirmé l’efficacité du produit et sa protection de l’installation tout en assurant la préservation du patrimoine culturel de la région de manière moderne et peu coûteuse
