Production des panneaux isolants « FOAM OUARGLA STONE » pour le revêtement extérieur à base des matériaux locaux

Abstract

L’isolation thermique est considérée parmi les grands problèmes que souffrent le secteur du bâtiment en raison des différences de températures entre les régions diverses du monde et notamment en Algérie, avec son impact direct sur la durabilité de la bâtisse ainsi que sur le confort des habitats , on vise à travers cette recherche dont l’objet est de créer des panneaux isolants composés de couche de polystyrène expansé et de mortier de sable des dunes pour minimiser au maximum la transmission et la perméabilité thermique sans marginaliser l’aspect esthétique de la bâtisse. Après l’étude des caractéristiques mécaniques et thermiques on a pu arriver à une isolation assez parfaite qui prend en considération le coût d’énergie, le côté esthétique attirant et de la facilité de l’utilisation du notre produit. La présente étude a confirmé l’efficacité du produit et son apport considérable dans la protection de la bâtisse, tout en assurant une meilleure préservation du patrimoine culturel dans le domaine de la construction et d’une manière moderne et économique.

يعتبر العزل الحراري من أكبر المشاكل التي يعاني منها ميدان البناء نظرا لتباين درجات الحرارة حسب المناطق المختلفة في العالم وفي الجزائر بصفة خاصة ومدى تأثير ذلك على ديمومة المبنى وعلى راحة الساكنة، نسعى من خلال هذا االبحث والمتمثل في صفائح العزل الحراري المشكلة من طبقة البولسترين الممدد وطبقة من ملاط رمل الكثبان الى الوصول لتقليص النفاذية الحرارية دون التفريط في الجانب الجمالي للبناية. بعد دراسة الخصائص الميكانيكية والحرارية توصلنا الى عزل مقبول جدا يراعي الكلفة الطاقوية إضافة الى الجانب الجمالي الأخّاذ ومدى سهولة استعمال المنتج، هذه الدراسة اكدت فعالية منتجنا وحمايته للمنشآة مع ضمان بلوغ المحافظة على الموروث الثقافي للبناء بطريقة عصرية وغير مكلفة.

Thermal insulation is considered one of the major issues facing the construction sector due to temperature differences between various regions of the world, particularly in Algeria. This directly impacts the durability of buildings and the comfort of their habitats. The objective of this research is to create insulated panels composed of expanded polystyrene layers and dune sand mortar to minimize thermal transmission and permeability while maintaining the aesthetic aspect of the building. After studying the mechanical and thermal characteristics, we have achieved a nearly perfect insulation that takes into account the cost of hydrocarbons, as well as an attractive aesthetic aspect and ease of product use. This study confirms the effectiveness of our product and its significant contribution to protecting buildings, ensuring the best cultural preservation in a modern and economical manner.
