EVALUATION , ANALYSE ET EXPERTISE DES RISQUES DANS LES MILIEUX INDUSTRIELS : CAS D´UNE BRIQUETRIE

Abstract

L’objectif de notre étude est d’analyser les risques industriels au sein de la Société des Briques de Touggourt Sud, entreprise spécialisée dans la production des briques et leur vente pour satisfaire le marché national. Le processus de production se déroulent à travers plusieurs étapes dont il est exposé à de multitudes de risques et accidents qui sont identifiés, nous avons opté pour appliquer la méthode HIRA, cette dernière nous a permis de distinguer le niveau de protection lié aux risques et de présenter des solutions de protection au profit des travailleurs dans les lieux où se situe le risque. Au cours de notre étude, nous avons identifié un ensemble de risques, et avons donc proposé et inventé des solutions afin d'améliorer les conditions de travail par le biais d’une application pour faire face aux différents risques.

The objective of our study is to analyze the industrial risks within the Society the Brique of Touggourt Sud, a company specializing in the production of bricks and their sale to satisfy the national market. The production process takes place through several stages of which it is exposed to a multitude of risks and accidents that are identified, we have opted to apply the HIRA method, which has allowed us to distinguish the level of protection related to risks and to present protection solutions for the benefit of workers in places where the risk is located. During our study, we identified a set of risks, and therefore proposed and invented solutions to improve working conditions through an application to deal with the various risks

الهدف من دراستنا هو تحليل المخاطر الصناعية داخل شركة الطوب بتقرت الجنوبية، وهي شركة متخصصة في إنتاج الطوب وبيعه لتلبية السوق الوطنية. تتم عملية الإنتاج عبر عدة مراحل تتعرض فيها للعديد من المخاطر والحوادث التي تم تحديدها، وقد اخترنا تطبيق طريقة HIRA، حيث أتاحت لنا هذه الأخيرة تمييز مستوى الحماية المرتبطة بالمخاطر وتقديم حلول الحماية مصلحة العاملين في الأماكن التي يوجد فيها الخطر. لقد حددنا خلال دراستنا مجموعة من المخاطر، ولذلك قمنا باقتراح وابتكار حلول لتحسين ظروف العمل من خلال تطبيق للتعامل مع المخاطر المختلفة.
