أثــر الثقافة التنظيمية على السلوك الإبداعي "دراسة ميدانية للعاملين بمركز نفطال GPL302 بولاية تقرت"

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر الثقافة التنظيمية على السلوك الإبداعي من وجهة نظر العاملين بمؤسسة نفطال بتقرت، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الإعتماد على الإستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، إذ تمكنا من جمع100 إستبيان صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي، حيث قمنا بتحليل هذه البيانات عن طريق إستخدام برنامج التحليل الاحصائي (Spss) نسخة 26 بالإضافة إلى مجموعة من الإساليب الإحصائية. خلصت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها أن الثقافة التنظيمية السائدة بدرجة متوسطة ولها أثر إيجابي على السلوك الإبداعي، وكذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تصور أفراد عينة الدراسة حول الثقافة التنظيمية والسلوك الإبداعي، بحيث تعزى إلى المتغيرات الشخصية والوظيفية (الجنس، السن، المستوى التعليمي، الوظيفية، الخبرة المهنية).

The study aimed to identify the impact of organizational culture on creative behavior from the point of view of the employees " Naftal Touggourt, and to achieve Objectives of the study, the Elistibian was relied upon as the main tool for collecting data, as we were able to collect 100 questionnaires suitable for statistical analysis, as we analyzed this data by using the program statistical analysis (Spss) version 26 in addition to a group of statistical methods. The study concluded that the prevailing organizational culture has a moderate degree and has a positive impact on creative behavior, as well as the of statistically significant differences in the study sample members perception of the organizational culture on creative behavior.
