Abstract

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على أثر رأس المال الفكري للمؤسسات الناشئة في ظل الإصلاحات الاقتصادية التي تسعى الجزائر لتحقيقها في ظل القرار 1275 المؤرخ في 27/05/2022 الذي يرمي إلى احتواء الطلبة الجامعيين أصحاب الأفكار الجديدة والابتكارات وتشجيعهم وتمكينهم من تجسيد أفكارهم على أرض الواقع بتوفير المناخ الملائم لذلك، لمواكبة التطورات التي فرضها التحول الاقتصادي الذي انتهجته الدولة كحل بديل للتنويع الاقتصادي والذي يعتمد أساسا على النتاج الفكري البشري من خلال تبني المؤسسة الناشئة، والتي من شأنها المساهمة في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية بعيد عن أزمات سوق المحروقات والتبعية الاقتصادية للخارج. This paper aims to highlight the impact of the intellectual capital of emerging institutions in the light of economic reforms Algeria seeks to achieve under resolution 1275 of 27/05/2022,which aims at containing encouraging and enabling new and innovative university students and enabling them to reflect their ideas on the ground by providing an appropriate climate for this . To keep pace with the developments imposed by the State's economic transformation as an alternative solution to economic diversification, witch depends primarily on human intellectual output through the adoption of the emerging institutions economic development away from the crises of the burning market and economic dependence aboard
