The study examines the aspects of administrative control in the execution of public contracts in Algeria and Tunisia. Administrative control involves supervising the execution of contracts to ensure compliance with contractual terms, granting the administration the right to intervene and direct the implementation process to safeguard the public interest. The extent of control and directive authority varies depending on the type of contract (works, supplies, or services) and the level of administrative involvement in determining execution methods. The study compares Algerian and Tunisian laws in this regard, highlighting differences and similarities in the discretionary power of the administration during contract executionen_US
