Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية المقاربة الجزائرية وثقل وزنها كوسيط إقليمي في ملف أزمة مالي وفق اتفاق السلم والمصالحة المنبثق عن مسارها، في حين تشكل سلسلة العمليات الإرهابية وتشبث الحركات الأزوادية بمطالبها في الشمال، ناهيك عن ضعف حكومة مالي في الجنوب تعقيدا بالمنطقة، مما استوجب تكاثف الجهود الإقليمية والدولية لدعم الاتفاق وإعادة تفعيله في النقاط الحساسة التي تخدم الأطراف المتنازعة من أجل عودة الطابع الدستوري والوصول بمالي إلى برالأمنوالاستقرار

Selon cette ètude vise à mettre en èvidencelimportance de lapprochealgèrienne et son poids en tant que mèdiateurrègional dans laccord de paix et dossier de crise mali de rèconciliation.emanat de son cours, tout en formant une sèriedopèrationsterroristes,les mouvements azawadiens sont dispersès avec leurs revendications dans le nord, pour ne pas dire affaiblis.le gouvernement du sud a compliquè la règion, ce qui a nècessite des efforts règionaux et internationaux concertès pour soutenir laccord et le rèactiver sur des points sensibles qui servent les parties en conflit afin de restaurer le caractère constitutionnel et damener le mali a la securite et a la stabilitè .

This study aims to highlight the importance of the Algerian approach and its weight as a regional mediator in the mali crisis file according to the peace and reconciliation agreement. dissident from its path, while froming a series of terrorist operation and dispersal of the Azawad movements.to its demands in the north, not to mention the weakness of the government in the south, the complexity of the region, which necessitated concerted regional and international efforts to support the agreement and reactivate it at sensitive points that serve the conflicting parties in order to restore the constitutional character and bring Mali to security and stability
