Abstract

سنتناول في هذه الدراسة موضوع أثر القيم التنظيمية على الأداء الوظيفي.حيث طبق البحث على عينة عشوائية مكونة من )80( شخصا من العاملين في المديرية الجهوية سونلغاز بورقلة 02. استخدم البحث الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، وباستخدام برنامج SPSS. توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها وجود مستوى متوسط من مفهوم القيم التنظيمية لدى العاملين نظرا لاهتمام المؤسسة بالعوامل التي ترفع من ممارسة هذه السلوكيات، علاقة الايجابي للقيم التنظيمية على الأداء الوظيفي ،القيم التنظيمية هي الأكثر أهمية وتأثيرا على الأداء الوظيفي، ويتجسد ذلك من خلال بعد الإدارة،بعد إدارة العلاقة

We will discuss in this study the impact of organizational values the functionality. This research has been opplicated on avandom sample that consists of (80) persons who in Intitution sonelglez Ouargla. The research used the questionnaire as smain tool to collect data and information. The research tries to test main and sub- hypotheses. Anamber of stastical methods neferent have been used in the analysis aspects of this rerch which used (SPSS) program.
