Abstract

إن ظهور وانتشار الأوبئة في العالم ليس بالأمر الجديد فقد عرف عبر مختلف الأزمنة والامكنة سلسلة لا متناهية من الأوبئة، والتي كان آخرها جائحة كوفيد 19 والتي جعلت العام ككل يعيش حالة استنفار ورعب عاجزا امام مواجهة مختلف تحدياتها على جميع الأصعدة وخاصة فيما يتعلق بما الحقته من أضرار على المجتمعات من الناحية الصحية والاقتصادية والثقافية والسياسية، وحتى الاجتماعية، هاته الأخيرة التي لم تواجه من قبل مثل هذه الوضعية التي عاشتها ومازالت تعيشها من جراء هذا الوباء الذي شل حركة المجتمعات، وزعزع أمنها واستقرارها وحياتها الطبيعية، ما جعلها تعيد النظر في الكثير من الممارسات السلبية الناتجة عن الحياة العصرية، و تعيد احياء اغلب المظاهر والابعاد الإيجابية وخاصة فيما يتعلق بشبكة العلاقات الإنسانية و الاجتماعية، ومنظومة القيم المجتمعية، كالتكافل الاجتماعي والمساندة الاجتماعية، وخلق الوعي بأهمية الوحدة المجتمعية وتعزيز روح المواطنة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الوباء، وباء كورونا، وباء كوفيد 19، المجتمع، الأمن المجتمعي. Abstract: The emergence and spread of epidemics in the world is not a new thing, as it has known, through various times and places, an endless series of epidemics, the most recent of which was the Covid 19 pandemic, which made the year as a whole live in a state of alert and terror impotent in the face of its various challenges at all levels, especially with regard to the damage it caused. On the health, economic, cultural, political, and even social terms of societies, the latter that have not faced such a situation that they have lived and are still living through as a result of this epidemic that paralyzed the movement of societies, destabilizing their security, stability and normal life, which made them reconsider many negative practices The result of modern life, reviving most of the positive aspects and dimensions, especially with regard to the network of human and social relations, and the system of community values, such as social solidarity and social support, and creating awareness of the importance of community unity and strengthening the spirit of citizenship
