Abstract

L'autisme, ou trouble du spectre de l'autisme (TSA), se manifeste dans les premières années de la vie, présentant des défis sociaux, linguistiques et comportementaux variés. Chaque cas est unique en termes de gravité et de symptômes. Cette étude examine le soutien communautaire pour les personnes autistes, en mettant en lumière l'Association Ahmed à Tlemcen. Les résultats révèlent un soutien limité en raison du manque de ressources et de sensibilisation. Bien que les technologies modernes puissent améliorer la communication, leur utilisation est entravée par des coûts élevés et un manque de formation. L'étude souligne l'importance d'investir dans ces technologies, de former les intervenants et de sensibiliser la communauté. Abstract: Autism, or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), manifests in the early years of life, presenting varied social, linguistic, and behavioral challenges. Each case is unique in terms of severity and symptoms. This study explores community support for autistic individuals, focusing on the Ahmed Association in Tlemcen. Findings reveal limited support due to resource and awareness deficits. While modern technologies hold promise for enhancing communication, their adoption is hindered by high costs and insufficient training. The study underscores the importance of investing in these technologies, training stakeholders, and raising community awareness. ملخص: من أصعب الإعاقات التطورية التي تصيب الطفل خلال السنوات الأولى من عمره، هو اضطراب في التواصل النفسي و التفاعل الاجتماعي و انحراف في التواصل اللغوي و السلوك النمطي المتكرر، و قصور في الفهم و النمو العقلي. يظهر في السنتين الأولى من عمر الطفل حين يكون التواصل اللغوي شبه منعدم لديه، ذلك هو التوحد المعروف علميًا باسم اضطراب طيف التوحد (ASD)، هو اضطراب نمو عصبي يؤثر على كيفية تفاعل الفرد مع الآخرين وكيفية تواصله وتصرفاته. يظهر التوحد عادةً في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة ويستمر طوال حياة الفرد. هناك تباين كبير في شدة وأعراض التوحد، مما يجعل كل حالة فريدة .من سماته الصعوبة في التواصل النفسي و الاجتماعي، لا يستطيع التفاعل مع الآخرين، مثل صعوبة فهم العواطف و المشاعر الداخلية والإشارات الاجتماعية و صعوبة في إقامة علاقات صداقة و الاندماج في المجتمع. تهدف هذه الدراسة الميدانية إلى الكشف عن مختلف آليات التكفل والدمج الاجتماعي التي يتيحها جمعية أحمد لرعاية أجيال الغد في تلمسان للأطفال المصابين باضطراب التوحد وذلك بالاستعانة بتكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة، و ما مدى دعم المجتمع لهده الفئة و أهمية استعمال التقنيات الحديثة للتواصل معهم نفسيا و اجتماعيا، مع تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات المستقبلية لسد النقائص الموجودة على مستوى الجمعية لتمكينه مستقبلا من تحقيق الاستفادة القصوى من الوسائط والتطبيقات التكنولوجية الحديثة لعلاج الأطفال المصابين باضطراب التوحد.
