تقييم إهتمام محافظي الحسابات بالمخاطر الجبائية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية " دراسة ميدانية لعينة من محافظي الحسابات بولاية "ورقلة، غرداية والوادي " لسنة 2018

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم اهتمام محافظي الحسابات بالمخاطر الجبائية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية، وذلك بالتطرق للطرق التي يتبعها محافظ الحسابات في أداء مهمته.

وقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا على إعداد استبيان وزع على عينة محافظي الحسابات في الجنوب الشرقي الجزائري، لأجل تحليل الدراسة إعتمدنا على برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS . توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المعرفة الجيدة والدقيقة للمخاطر الجبائية، بتحديد أنواعها، أشكالها والتحكم الجيد في التشريع الجبائي ومستجداته من طرف محافظ الحسابات تسهل له إتمام مهمته بالشكل المطلوب، وهذا بإتباع معايير الأداء المهني والعمل الميداني، لتقديم قوائم مالية ذات جودة عالية أكثر شفافية ومصداقية، ومن هنا نستطيع القول أن معظم محافظي الحسابات يولون اهتمام كبير بالمخاطر الجبائية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية

The study aimed at assessing the interest of the Board of Governors of accounts risk Algerian tax economic institutions, in addressing the ways in which the accounts followed by the Governor in the performance of his mission.

We have adopted in our study on the preparation of a questionnaire distributed to a sample of Governors of the accounts in the south - east of Algeria, in order to study the analysis relied on Statistical Package for Social Sciences program SPSS.

The study found that good and accurate risk tax knowledge, identifying types, forms and control of fiscal legislation and its innovation by the Governor of accounts to facilitate him to complete his mission as required, and that by following the professional standards of performance and field work, to provide high - quality financial statements more transparent and credible
