الإسناد الاجتماعي لجمعية أولياء التلاميذ للنشاط المدرسي دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الطاقم الإداري المدرسي(ابتدائي-متوسط-ثانوي) بدائرة المقارين بولاية تقرت

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف علىالإسناد الاجتماعي لجمعية أولياء التلاميذ للنشاط المدرسي، من خلال دورها، ومدى وجود الدعم المادي والمعنوي من طرفها ، وعلى كيفية مساهمتها في بناء العلاقة بين المدرسة والأسرة، بالإضافة الى الأفكار والمشاريع الجديدة التي يمكن أن تساهم في تنفيذها لصالح النشاط المدرسي. ولقد انطلقت الدراسة من التساؤل الرئيس التالي:كيف تساند جمعية أولياء التلاميذ في النشاط المدرسي؟ ويندرج تحتها التساؤلات الفرعية التي يمكن صياغتها في العبارات الاستفهامية التالية: - هل يوجد دعم مادي ومعنوي من طرف جمعية أولياء التلاميذ للنشاط المدرسي؟ - ما مجالات مساهمة جمعية أولياء في ربط العلاقة التربوية والاجتماعية بين الاسرة والمدرسة؟ - هل هناك أفكار ومشاريع جديدة يمكن لجمعية أولياء التلاميذ المساهمة في تنفيذها لصالح النشاط المدرسي؟ وطبقت الدراسة على عينة قصدية من الطاقم الإداري المدرسي في بعض المؤسسات التربوية بدائرة "المقارين" ولاية "تقرت"، ويقدر حجمها بثلاثون(30) مبحوثا، واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي باعتباره المناسب لهذه الدراسة، واعتمدت على أداة المقابلة لجمع البيانات والمعطيات. وتوصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها ما يلي: -يعد الدعم المادي والمعنوي الذي تقوم به جمعيات اولياء التلاميذ واحد من اهم العناصر الفعالة للإنتاج على مستوى الفرد والمجتمع، الا ان هذا الدور ضعيف جدا، ويكاد يكون معدوما في كثير من المؤسسات التربوية. - هناك فجوة بين المدرسة والأسرة بسبب غياب الاسهام الذي تقوم به الجمعيات في ربط العلاقة التربوية والاجتماعية بين المؤسستين، مما جعل التلميذ يعيش في حلقة مفرغة، ونوع من الاغتراب التربوي والتعليمي والاجتماعي. - غياب مشاريع جديدة وفعالة التي تمكن جمعية أولياء التلاميذ المساهمة في تنفيذها لصالح النشاط المدرسي.

The current study aimed to identify the social support provided by the Parents' Association for school activities, through its role, the extent of its financial and moral support, and its contribution to building the relationship between school and family. It also explored new ideas and projects that could be implemented for the benefit of school activities. The study was based on the following main question: How does the Parents' Association support school activities? Underneath this question are sub-questions that can be formulated in the following interrogative phrases: - Is there financial and moral support from the Parents' Association for school activities? - What are the areas of contribution of the Parents' Association in strengthening the educational and social relationship between the family and the school? - Are there new ideas and projects that the Parents' Association could contribute to implementing for the benefit of school activities? The study was conducted on a purposive sample of school administrative staff in several educational institutions in the "Al-Maqarin" district, "Touggourt" province. The sample size was estimated at thirty (30) respondents. The descriptive approach was used, considering it appropriate for this study, and the interview tool was used to collect data and informations. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are the following: - The material and moral support provided by parent-teacher associations is one of the most important effective elements of production at the individual and societal levels. However, this role is very weak and almost non-existent in many educational institutions. - There is a gap between school and family due to the associations' lack of contribution to linking the educational and social relationship between the two institutions, which has forced students to live in a vicious cycle, experiencing a kind of educational, and social alienation. - The absence of new and effective projects that the parent-teacher association can contribute to implementing for the benefit of school activities.
