سياسة تخفيض العملة وأثرها على ربحية المؤسسات الإقتصادية المستوردة حالة مؤسسة Eatit وحدة سوق أهراس للفترة 2012-2017The policy of currency devaluation and its impact on the profitability of imported economic corporations

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى فعالية سياسة تخفيض العملة المنتهجة من طرف الدولة وأثرها على ربحية المؤسسات الاقتصادية المستوردة، وهل بلغت هذه السياسة الهدف الذي اُنتهجت من أجله وهو تشجيع الصادرات من المنتجات المحلية وتقييد الواردات، ولبلوغ هذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التجريبي الذي يستند على دراسة الحالة بالإضافة إلى استخدام أدوات التحليل القياسي وبرامج الإكسل و EVIEWS.V.9 و 20SPSS.V. لإختبار الفرضيات والوصول إلى النتائج، واخترنا "مؤسسة EATIT" كعينة للدراسة باعتبارها مؤسسة اقتصادية مستوردة تنشط في قطاع النسيج في الجزائر. خلصت الدراسة في الأخير إلى نتيجة مفادها أن سياسة تخفيض قيمة العملة الوطنية لم تؤثر على ربحية مؤسسة "EATIT" المستوردة ولم تنجح في تقييد وارداتها، وعليه فإن تخفيض قيمة العملة غير كافي للتأثير على الواردات وهذه السياسة لن تكون فعالة لوحدها ولن تنجح دون اللجوء إلى اجراءات داعمة وسياسات تكميلية. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Algeria currency devaluation policy and its impact on the profitability of imported economic institutions. Did this policy reach its objective of encouraging exports of domestic products and restricting imports? To achieve this objective, we used the descriptive approach and the empirical approach based on case study as well as the use of standard analysis tools, Excel programs, Eviews9 and SPSS.V20. We choose EATIT as study sample. "EATIT" is an imported economic institution active in the textile sector in Algeria. The study found that the policy of devaluation did not affect the profitability of the imported EATIT and did not manage to restrict its imports. Therefore, the currency devaluation is not enough to influence imports. This policy will not be effective alone and will not succeed without resorting to supportive measures and complementary policies
