dc.description.abstractDans cette étude, nous avons décidé de parler du sujet, qui est l'augmentation des taux de foresterie. station de pompage 4 de Sonatrach, maillon essentiel du réseau de transport pétrolier nord-sud, a été choisie comme modèle de recherche. Ce qui joue un rôle important pour assurer la continuité du flux de pétrole à travers le réseau de pipelines ROK1. Le problème est : comment AMDEC peut-il contribuer à réduire la gravité des accidents et des erreurs pouvant entraîner de graves dysfonctionnements, au niveau de la turbine? tout dysfonctionnement à son niveau peut entraîner un arrêt dans le processus de distribution donc des pertes importantes. Nous avons donc appliqué la méthodologie AMDEC à Turbo Pompe, pour identifier les zones d'erreurs fréquentes ou très gravité.nous avons également fait des suggestions de solutions pratiques qui peuvent aider à réduire le niveau de criticité et ainsi améliorer l'efficacité et la fiabilité du processus de pompage en général.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, we decided to talk about the topic, which is the increase in the rates of Forestry. Sonatrach SP4, which is a vital link in the north-south oil transportation network, was chosen as a research model. Which plays an important role in ensuring the continuity of oil flow through the rok1 pipeline network. The problem is: how can FMECA contribute to reducing the severity of accidents and errors that may lead to serious malfunctions, at the level of the turbine? any malfunction at its level may lead to a stop in the process of distribution thus significant losses. So we applied the FMECA methodology to Turbo Pompe, to identify areas of frequent or highly severity errors.We have also made suggestions for practical solutions that may help reduce the level of criticality and thereby improve the efficiency and reliability of the pumping process in general.-
dc.description.abstractفي دراستنا هذه قررنا التحدث على موضوع أال وهو التزايد في معدالت الحرجية. حيث تماختيارمحطة الضخ4التابعة لشركةسوناطراك، والتي تعد نقطة وصل حيوية في شبكة نقل البترول بين الشمال والجنوب كنموذج بحث.والتي تلعب دورا ً مهما في ضماناستمرارية تدفقالبترول عبر شبكة األنابيب.Rok1 IV اإلشكالية هي:كيف يمكن أن تساهم الAMDECفي تقليل حدة الحوادث واألخطاء التي قد تؤدي الى أعطال خطيرة، على مستوى التوربين؟ فأي خلل على مستواها قد يؤدي الى توقففي عملية التوزيع وبالتالي خسائر كبيرة. لذا قمنا بتطبيق منهجيةAMDECعلىturbo pompe، لتحديد مواطن األخطاء المتكررة أوذات الضرر العالي. كماوقدمنا اقتراحاتلحلول عملية قد تساعد فيتقليل مستوىالحرجية وبتالي تحسين كفاءة وموثوقية عملية الضخ بشكل عام-
