| dc.description.abstract | The forming section is the section responsible for milling and shaping the bricks, located at the SPMC brick manufactory in the Wilaya Touggourt-Temacine, This section is primarily operated by three machines, Box feeder, Roller mill and Vacuum extruder, However, the section operate using outdated control system unlike the other sections, the relay logic controller on the forming section presents several challenges related to operation, troubleshooting and maintenance as well as absence of HMI supervision. Our project is to make a station improvement to integrate the automatic control of the station using a SIEMENS S7-300 PLC, as well as adding instruments to improve the performance and functionality of the section, for this we carried out a practical final internship within the SPMC unit to better understand the operation of the station and to acquire the necessary data for our project. | en_US |
