This study focuses on evaluating and analyzing the impact of water production at the Central Processing Facility (CPF) located in the Ourhoud field. The assessment process involved evaluating Well 3 by collecting and interpreting all necessary logs (PLT), geological data, and key petro physical properties to identify the sources of unwanted water inflow, determining the mechanism of water production (Chan plot) and model the well using PROSPER and carry out the (WSO) operation. The main objective of this work is to analyze the critical parameters necessary for the implementation of the WSO system in a well and to assess the results obtained before and after the intervention. This strategy, applied in Well 3, produced positive results, reducing water cut and increasing oil flow: From WC=84.3%, Qo=205 Sm3/d to WC=44.4%, Qo=382 Sm3/den_US
