مساهمة الصناعات التقليدية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2002-2022 دراسة استشرافية

Abstract

هدف هذه الدراسة هو معالجة إشكالية الصناعة التقليدية في الجزائر ومساهمتها في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر آفاق 2030 باستخدام دراسة استشرافية لمستقبل الحرف التقليدية، من حيث تقديم أهم الجوانب والمراحل التي مرت بها التنمية المستدامة والصناعة التقليدية واستعراض واقعها وآفاقها، وتوظيف تقنية السيناريوهات لمعرفة الإتجاهات المختلفة لمستقبل هذه الصناعة، وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي من خلال الإطار المفاهيمي وتعريف المصطلحات الموظفة في الدراسة، والمنهج التحليلي للقيام بتفسير الأرقام المقدمة والمجمع مع تحليلها في الجانب التطبيقي، إضافة إلى توظيف التحليل الهيكلي في الدراسة الإستشرافية الذي يقوم على أساس تحليل بواسطة مصفوفة التأثيرات المتبادلة التي تملأ باستعمال برنامج MICMAC لمعرفة التأثيرات التبادلية للمتغيرات المشكلة للنظام وتحليل علاقاتها، ثم تحديد الفاعلين للتعرف على موازين القوى ومن ثم ترتيبهم حسب مقدرتهم على إحداث تأثير على مستقبل هذا النظام باستخدام برنامج MACTOR للتعرف على هذه العلاقات، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة انتقال متغير نظم المعلومات الجغرافية في التحليل الهيكلي لMICMAC من مستوى المتغيرات الوسيطية في مخطط التأثيرات المباشرة إلى مستوى المتغيرات الأكثر تاثيرا والتي يجب الإهتمام بها أكثر من غيرها من المتغيرات كأولوية خدمة لمستقبل القطاع.

This study aims to address the challenges facing traditional crafts in Algeria and their contribution to achieving sustainable development in Algeria by 2030. It employs a forward-looking approach to the future of traditional crafts, presenting the key aspects and stages of sustainable development and traditional crafts, reviewing their current state and future prospects, and utilizing scenario planning to identify different future trends for this industry. The study employs a descriptive methodology, including a conceptual framework and definitions of key terms, and an analytical methodology to interpret and analyze the presented and aggregated data in the applied section. Additionally, structural analysis is used in the forward-looking study. This analysis relies on a matrix of interrelationships, populated using MiCMAC software, to identify the interrelationships of the variables that constitute the system and analyze their relationships. The study then identifies key players to determine the balance of power and ranks them according to their ability to influence the future of the system, using Mactor software to identify these relationships. One of the most important findings is the shift of the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) variable in the MiCMAC structural analysis from the level of intermediate variables in the direct impact diagram to the level of the most influential variables, which should be given priority.
