تأثير معوقات الإدارة الإلكترونية على جودة التعليم في المدارس الخاصة. دراسة حالة مدارس الإمتياز التعليمية للفترة 2024/2025

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة تأثير معوقات الادارة الالكترونية على جودة التعليم بالمدارس التعليمية, في المؤسسة التعليمية الخاصة " الامتياز" بورقلة وتم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كوسيلة لجمع البيانات وكانت الدراسة على عينة بلغ عددها "30" فردا من عمال المؤسسة بغية اختبار صحة فرضيات الدراسة, وتم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستمارة عن طريق استخدام برنامج ( SPSS , EXCEL ) بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية ,الانحرافات المعيارية, معاملات الارتباط, تحليل الانحدار المحدد المتعدد و البسيط و في الاخير تم التوصل الى جملة من النتائج اهمها: • معوقات الادارة الالكترونية على مستوى مؤسسة الامتياز بورقة تعرقله مجموعة من العقبات الإدارية , تقنية , مالية, بشرية, وهذه المعوقات تتفاوت من حيث الاهمية. • يمكن الحد و التقليل من هذه المعوقات من خلال الاعتماد على مجموعة من الاليات و الاجراءات التي تتفاوت كذلك بدورها حسب الأهمية

This study aimed to investigate the impact of obstacles to electronic management on the quality of education in educational institutions, specifically at the private educational institution "Al-Imtiaz" in Ouargla. A questionnaire was used as a means of data collection, and the study was conducted on a sample of 30 individuals from the institution's staff to test the validity of the study's hypotheses. The data collected from the questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS and Excel programs, relying on arithmetic means, standard deviations, correlation coefficients, and both simple and multiple regression analyses. Ultimately, several findings were reached, the most important of which are: • The obstacles to electronic management at Al-Imtiaz Institution in Ouargla are hindered by a range of administrative, technical, financial, and human obstacles, which vary in significance. • These obstacles can be mitigated and reduced through the implementation of a set of mechanisms and procedures that also vary in importance.
