أثر التحول الرقمي على أداء المؤسسة دراسة حالة بنك الجزائري الخارجي

Abstract

هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على أثر التحول الرقمي في تحسين أداء المؤسسة، من خلال دراسة تطبيقية على بنك الجزائر الخارجي - وكالة ورقلة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم اعتماد الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، وتوزيعها على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من 42موظف. وقد تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) إصدار 25، إلى جانب مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن التحول الرقمي له دور إيجابي وفعال في تحسين أداء المؤسسة من خلال تسريع العمليات، تحسين جودة الخدمات، تسهيل الوصول إلى المعلومات، واتخاذ قرارات أكثر فعالية. كما يساهم التحول الرقمي في رفع إنتاجية الموظفين وتعزيز رضا الزبائن، بالإضافة إلى دعم الابتكار داخل المؤسسة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاستثمار في البنية التحتية الرقمية وتطوير كفاءات الموارد البشرية لضمان تحقيق نتائج فعالة ومستدامة، وكذا إدماج التحول الرقمي ضمن الاستراتيجيات العامة للمؤسسة لتحقيق أهدافها بكفاءة أكبر

This research seeks to explore the impact of digital transformation on institutional performance, through an applied case study of the External Bank of Algeria – Ouargla Agency. To achieve this objective, a questionnaire was used as the main data collection tool, targeting a randomly selected sample of 42 employees. The data were analyzed using SPSS (version 25), along with suitable statistical methods. The study revealed that digital transformation significantly and positively affects the performance of the institution by accelerating processes, enhancing service quality, facilitating access to information, and supporting effective decision-making. Additionally, it contributes to increased employee productivity, customer satisfaction, and innovation within the bank. The research recommends investing in digital infrastructure and developing human capital to ensure effective and sustainable performance improvements. It also stresses the importance of embedding digital transformation in the overall strategic planning of the institution to achieve its goals more efficiently.
