دور المقارنة المرجعية في تقييم الأداء التنافسي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة عينة لمؤسسات التأمين الجزائرية خلال الفترة (2010-2020)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور المقارنة المرجعية في تقييم الأداء التنافسي من خلال قياس الكفاءة لعينة من مؤسسات التامين في الجزائر،والتي تظم مؤسسات تامين من قطاعات مختلفة (عمومية، خاصة و تعاضدية)،وذلك خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2010الى2020. اعتمدت الدراسة على ثمانية متغيرات، منها أربع مدخلات:مصاريف العمال،المؤونات التقنية، أعباء عامة،هامش الملائمة و أربع مخرجات تمثلت في رقم الأعمال،التعويضات،هامش التامين،النتيجة الصافية،تم استخدام أسلوب تحليل مغلف البيانات (DEA ) بنموذجيه غلة الحجم الثابتة و غلة الحجم المتغيرة باعتماد التوجه الإخراجي. أهم النتائج: • حققت مؤسسة Alliance الكفاءة التامة وفق كلا النموذجين،مما يعكس تفوقها في تحويل المدخلات إلى مخرجات مقارنة بباقي المؤسسات محل الدراسة التي تباينت و اختلفت نتائجها خلال فترة الدراسة؛

This study aims to highlight the role of benchmarking in evaluating competitive performance by measuring the efficiency of a sample of Algerian insurance institutions, encompassing public, private, and mutual companies, over the period 2010–2020. The analysis was based on eight variables, including four inputs (employee expenses, technical provisions, general expenses, and solvency margin) and four outputs (turnover, claims, insurance margin, and net result). The Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method was applied using both Constant Returns to Scale (CRS) and Variable Returns to Scale (VRS) models with an output-oriented approach. Findings:

• The Alliance insurance company achieved full efficiency under both models, indicating superior performance in converting inputs into outputs compared to the other institutions studied.
