الذكاء الاصطناعي كخيار استراتيجي لتعزيز جودة التعليم العالي في الجزائر تجربة سنغافورة أنموذجا

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل دور تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي في الجزائر، من خلال التركيز أبعاده المؤسساتية، التربوية، التكنولوجية، والتشريعية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج المقارن، باستعمال آداة تحليل الوثائق والتقارير الرسمية في كل من الجزائر وسنغافورة كنموذج مرجعي. وقد توصلت إلى أن توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي يمثل فرصة إستراتيجية للارتقاء بالتعليم العالي في الجزائر، شريطة توفير بنية تحتية ملائمة، تكوين الكفاءات، وتبني رؤية وطنية شاملة، على ماتحقق في التجربة السنغافورية.

This study aims to analyze the role of artificial intelligence (AI) applications in enhancing the quality of higher education and scientific research in Algeria, focusing on its institutional, pedagogical, technological, and legislative dimensions. The study adopts a descriptive-analytical and comparative approach, using document and official report analysis tools from both Algeria and Singapore as a reference model. The findings indicate that the integration of artificial intelligence represents a strategic opportunity to advance higher education in Algeria, provided that appropriate infrastructure is established, human capacities are developed, and a comprehensive national vision is adopted, similar to the achievements observed in the Singaporean experience.
