Abstract

المذكرة تتناول تأثير الذكاء الاصطناعي على حقوق الملكية الفكرية، حيث تستعرض الإشكاليات الأخلاقية والقانونية المرتبطة باستخدامه، وتناقش إمكانية منحه شخصية قانونية. كما تتطرق إلى مدى حماية المصنفات والاختراعات الناتجة عن الذكاء الاصطناعي ضمن الإطار القانوني الحالي، وتبرز التحديات التي تواجه التشريعات التقليدية في استيعاب الإبداعات الآلية. في الختام، تُقدّم توصيات لتكييف المنظومة القانونية بما يتماشى مع التطورات التقنية ويحفظ حقوق المبدعين والجهات المطورة.

This thesis explores the impact of artificial intelligence on intellectual property rights, addressing ethical and legal issues, and discussing the possibility of granting AI legal personality. It also examines the protection of AI-generated works within the current legal framework and highlights challenges for traditional legislation in handling automated creations. The study concludes with recommendations to adapt the legal system to technological advancements while protecting creators' and developers' rights.
