السياسة الجنائية من خلال القانون 23-04 المتعلق بالوقاية من الإتجار بالبشر ومكافحته

Abstract

Humantrafficking is considered one of the most serious crimes in societies. Countries strive to confront it by taking the necessary measures to limit its spread. In this regard, Algeria’s Law No. 23-04 represents an important step in preventing and combating this type of crime through the adoption of a national policyaimed at its prevention. The lawalsoplays a vital role in defining the responsibilities of institutions and associations in raisingawareness about the dangers of humantrafficking. Along the same lines, Algeria has established a National Committee for the Prevention and Combat of this crime. Law 23-04 alsoemphasizes the importance of international cooperation in pursuing the perpetrators of this crime.

Le crime de la traite des êtres humains figure parmi les infractions les plus graves au sein des sociétés. Les États s'efforcent d’y faire face en adoptant les mesures nécessaires pour y mettre fin. Dans ce cadre, la loi 23-04 promulguée par l'Algérie constitue une étape importante pour prévenir ce type de criminalité et y faire face à travers une politique nationale de prévention et de lutte. Cette loi joue également un rôle essentiel dans la définition de la responsabilité des institutions et des associations afin de sensibiliser aux dangers liés à la traite des êtres humains. Dans le même esprit, l’Algérie a mis en place un Comité national pour la prévention et la lutte contre ce crime. La loi 23-04 vient aussi souligner l’importance de la coopération internationale dans la poursuite des auteurs de ce crime.
