| Abstract: | The significance of construction risk insurance has engendered numerous rights and privileges for practical staff in this field, with provisions that have motivated practitioners of this profession to advance with ease in their practice. It is also in constant progress with the developments that occur in construction in line with the continuous progress of a system that negates any disruption, as it seeks to provide possibilities before a disaster occurs, whether it is contrived or due to natural disasters. The tenth civil liability demonstrates congruence with this development, particularly in the context of building construction, and is undergoing a perpetual expansion.
In conclusion, the Algerian legislator has established a series of legal provisions aimed at providing specific protection, contingent upon the mutual consent of both parties involved. These provisions entitle each party to seek redress for any losses incurred, thereby contributing to the mitigation of financial deficits and the assessment of damages.
