تصميم أنموذجا وفقا لبعض القياسات الأنثروبومترية وبعض القابليات المهارية كمؤشرلإنتقاء المواهب الشابة لدى لاعبي كرة القدم فئة(12-15سنة)

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى تصميم أنموذجا وفقا لبعض القياسات الأنثروبومترية وبعض القابليات المهارية كمؤشر لانتقاء المواهب الشابة لدى لاعبي كرة القدم فئة(12-15)سنة، وفي إجراءات الدراسة استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي المسحي لملائمته طبيعة وأهداف الدراسة، وقد تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بطريقة قصدية من التلاميذ المشاركين في الفرق الرياضية المدرسية لكرة القدم بولاية توقرت ، والبالغ عددهم(130)تلميذا لاعبا ،وبعد تحديد القياسات الأنثروبومترية والقابليات المهارية التي تتلائم مع متطلبات الدراسة وكان عددها (12)قياسا أنثروبومتري(12)اختبارا مهاريا. وبعد إجراء الدراسة الإستطلاعية للتأكد من صلاحية القياسات والإختبارات والتحقق من خصائصها السيكومترية العلمية(الصدق والثبات والموضوعية) طبقت ميدانيا ليتم بعدها المعالجة الإحصائية الملائمة لها كمعاملات الإرتباط للمتغيرات جميعها والتحليل ألعاملي بطريقة التدوير المائل . وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى (4)أربعة عوامل حققت أعلى التشبعات على العامل تم قبولها وتفسيرها ومثلت متغيرات القياسات والقابليات كما يلي: 1/ عوامل التشبع لمتغيرات القياسات الأنثروبومترية: - العامل الأول)محيط الساق) - العامل الثاني(طول الفخذ) - العامل الثالث(الطول الكلي) - العامل الرابع(الوزن) 2/عوامل التشبع لمتغيرات القابليات المهارية: - العامل الأول: مهارة التصويب مثلت باختبار(التصويب على المرمى المقسم) - العامل الثاني: مهارة السيطرة مثلت باختبار (السيطرة على حركة الكرة داخل مربع) - العامل الثالث: مهارة التمرير مثلت باختبار ( دقة التمرير الأرضي القصير) - العامل الرابع: مهارة الجري بالكرة مثلت باختبار ( الجري المستقيم والمتعرج بالكرة ذهابا وإيابا بين 5شواخص) كما تم وضع مستويات معيارية لبطارية القياسات الأنثروبومترية والإختبارات المهارية الممثلة للقابليات المهارية المستخلصة من الدراسة. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبني البطارية المستخلصة في القياسات الأنثروبومترية والقابليات المهارية والاسترشاد بها من طرف الرابطة الرياضية للرياضة المدرسية في انتقاء التلاميذ الموهوبين في كرة القدم لتمثيل الفرق المدرسية بولاية توقرت، و توجيه المدربين والمشرفين على فئة الناشئين بكرة القدم إلى تبني القياسات الأنثروبومترية والقابليات المهارية للانتقاء وتقييم وتقويم اللاعبين الناشئين الموهوبين في كرة القدم.

The study aimed to design a sample based on specific anthropometric measurements and specific skill abilities as an indicator for selecting young talents among football players aged 12-15 years. The study followed a descriptive survey method due to its suitability for the nature and objectives of the research. The sample was purposefully selected, consisting of 130 pupil players participating in school football teams in the state of Touggourt. The study identified 12 anthropometric measurements and 12 skill tests that matched the study's requirements. A preliminary exploratory study was conducted to ensure the validity of these measurements and tests and to verify their psychometric properties (reliability, validity, and objectivity). The measurements were then applied in the field, followed by appropriate statistical analysis, including correlation coefficients for all variables and factor analysis using oblique rotation. The study concluded with four factors that had the highest loadings, which were accepted and interpreted as follows: 1. Factors for Anthropometric Measurement Variables: - Factor 1: Calf circumference - Factor 2: Thigh length - Factor 3: Overall height - Factor 4: Weight 2. Factors for Skill Ability Variables: - Factor 1: Shooting skill, represented by the "shooting at a divided goal" test - Factor 2: Ball control skill, represented by the "ball control within a square" test - Factor 3: Passing skill, represented by the "short ground passing accuracy" test - Factor 4: Dribbling skill, represented by the "straight and zigzag dribbling with the ball" test Standardized levels were set for the battery of anthropometric measurements and skill tests represent by the skill abilities derived from the study. The study recommended adopting the derived battery of anthropometric measurements and skill abilities and using it as a guideline for the School Sports Association in selecting talented pupils for school football teams in the state of Touggourt. It also advised coaches and supervisors of youth football players to adopt these measurements and skill abilities for the selection, assessment, and development of young football talents.
