دور المراجعة الجبائية في تحسين جودة التصريحات الجبائية -دراسة حالة مديرية الضرائب لولاية ورقلة 2024/2025

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلىإبراز دور المراجعة الجبائية في تحسين جودة التصرحات الجبائيةمن خلال دراسة حالة مديرية الضرائب ورقلة ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الإعتماد على استبيان مكون من محورين،الأول حول المراجعة الجبائية و المحور الثاني التصريحات الجبائية ، والذي تم توزيعه على عينة مكونة من 42 موظف وتم استرجاع 36 استجابة، حيث تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وفي الأخير توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها تحسين الكفاءة من خلال تقليل الزمن اللازم لإصدار التراخيص والمعاملات الإدارية،

This study aims to highlight the role of tax audit in improving the quality of tax returns through a case study of the Ouargla Tax Directorate. To achieve the study's objectives, a questionnaire consisting of two axes was used. The first axis focused on tax audit, and the second axis focused on tax returns. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 42 employees, and 36 responses were retrieved. The descriptive analytical method was followed. Finally, the study reached a set of results, the most important of which is improving efficiency by reducing the time required to issue licenses and administrative transactions.
