Vérification de l’unité de distillation atmosphérique (Topping) à la raffinerie de Hassi-Messaoud RHM2 à l’aide du logiciel Aspen HYSYS V12

Abstract

L’objectif de ce travail est de vérifier le bon fonctionnement de l’unité de distillation atmosphérique (Topping) RHM2 à l’aide du logiciel Aspen HYSYS v12. Cette unité joue un rôle clé dans le traitement initial du pétrole brut en séparant les différentes coupes pétrolières (naphta, kérosène, gasoil, résidu) en fonction de leurs points d’ébullition. La simulation permet de comparer les données réelles issues de l’exploitation industrielle aux résultats théoriques fournis par HYSYS, afin d’identifier les écarts éventuels, d’analyser les performances actuelles, et de proposer des pistes d’optimisation énergétique et technique

The aim of this work is to verify the proper operation of the atmospheric distillation unit (Topping) RHM2 using Aspen HYSYS v12 software. This unit plays a key role in the initial processing of crude oil by separating different petroleum fractions (naphtha, kerosene, gasoil, residue) according to their boiling points. Simulation is used to compare real data from industrial operation with the theoretical results provided by HYSYS, in order to identify potential discrepancies, analyze current performance, and propose opportunities for technical and energy optimization.

HYSYS Aspen باستخدام برنامج المحاكاة RHM2 (Topping) يهدف هذا العمل إلى التحقق من كفاءة تشغيل وحدة التقطير الجوي تُعدّ هذه الوحدة مرحلة أساسية في معالجة النفط الخام، حيث يتم من خلالها فصل المشتقات البترولية مثل النافثا، الكيروسين، الغازوال، .والبقايا، بناءً على درجات غليانها المختلفة

تم اعتماد المحاكاة لمقارنة المعطيات الحقيقية التي تم جمعها من الوحدة الصناعية بالنتائج النظرية الناتجة عن البرنامج، من أجل الكشف .عن الفروقات وتحليل الأداء الفعلي. كما تهدف الدراسة إلى اقتراح سبل لتحسين الأداء من الجوانب التقنية والطاقوية
