Abstract

هدف هذه الدراسة بشكل أساسي الى الوقوف على حالة المؤسسات الاقتصادية من حيث إستخدامها لأدوات وتقنيات التحول الرقمي وإبراز مدي أثر ذالك على أداء لوحة القيادة . لأن إستخدام هذه الأدوات ينعكس بالإيجاب على عملية مراقبة التسيير داخل المؤسسات . ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم إجراء دراسة نظرية لتحولات الرقمية ولوحة القيادة . ودراسة تطبيقية ميدانية بمؤسسة ترامواي (سيترام) وحدة ورقلة . بالاجابة على إستبيان إلكترونيQR من طرف عينة من رؤساء وموظفي المصالح بالمؤسسة . وقد أسفرت الدراسة على أن مؤسسة (سيترام) موفقة في تبني وإستخدام أدوات التحول الرقمي بحيث أثرت هذه الأدوات على أداء لوحة القيادة بشكل إيجابي

This study primarily aims to assess the state of Economic Enterprises regarding their use of Digital.Transformation tools and techniques and to highlight the extent of their impact on Control Panel performance. Because the use of these tools positively reflects on the Management Control process .within enterprises. To achieve the objectives of this study, a theoretical analysis of Digital Transformations and Control Panel, was conducted. And applied field study at the Tramway Company .(SETRAM) Ouargla Unit. The study involved responses to an electronic QR survey by a sample of department heads and employees within the company. The study concluded that SETRAM has .successfully adopted and utilizes digital transformation tools, which have positively influenced the performance of the Control Panel
