أثر نظام الإدارة البيئية في تحسين الأداء البيئي بالمؤسسات الصناعية دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة نفطال مركز الزفت تقرت

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى مساهمة نظام الإدارة البيئية في تحسين الأداء البيئي بمؤسسة نفطال مركز الزفت –تقرت- ،حيث طبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من (33) عامل ، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات ، ثم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستبانات عن طريق استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) نسخة رقم 23 بلاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية ،الانحرافات المعيارية ،معاملات الارتباط و تحليل الانحدار المتعدد التدريجي، و خلصت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها: وجود علاقة ارتباط قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نظام الإدارة البيئية و تحسين الأداء البيئي في المؤسسة محل الدراسة و يعزز هذا قيمة معامل الارتباط (0,574R=) أما القوة التفسيرية فقد بلغت (0,330R2=)

This study aims to identify the extent to which the Environmental Management System contributes to improving environmental performance at NAFTAL – Bitumen Center, Touggourt. The study was conducted on a simple random sample consisting of 33 employees. It adopted a descriptive methodology, and to achieve its objectives, a questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The data collected from the questionnaires were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 23, relying on means, standard deviations, correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The study concluded with several findings, the most important of which is the existence of a strong and statistically significant correlation between the Environmental Management System and the improvement of environmental performance in the institution under study, as supported by a correlation coefficient of (R = 0.574) and an explanatory power of (R² = 0.330)
