دور نظام المعلومات في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية دراسة ميدانية في مؤسسة سوناطراك ₋ قسم عمليات الحفر ₋وحدة ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير دور نظام المعلومات في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية لمؤسسة سوناطراك ورقلة، حيث طبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (40) عامل، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات ثم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستبيانات عن طريق برنامج الإحصائي (SPSS) نسخة رقم 22 بالاعتماد على المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، معاملات الارتباط وتحليل الانحدار المتعدد، وخلصت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها: هناك تأثير إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية لنظام المعلومات على الميزة التنافسية لمؤسسة سوناطراك حاسي مسعود، حيث بلغت قيمة R= (0.536).

This study aims to identify the extent of the impact of the information system’s role in achieving a competitive advantage at Sonatrach Ouargla. The study was applied to a random sample consisting of (40) workers and relied on the descriptive approach. To achieve the study’s objectives, a questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. The data collected from the questionnaires were then analyzed using the statistical software (SPSS), version 22, based on the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. The study concluded with several results, the most important of which is: there is a positive and statistically significant impact of the information system on the competitive advantage at Sonatrach –hassi masoud where the R–value reached (0.536)
