واقع التحول الرقمي وأثره على الممارسات الجبائية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية -دراسة ميدانية خلال سنة 2025-

Abstract

من خلال هذا البحث استخلاص دور التحول الرقمي للإدارة الجبائية والتي تعد جانبا مهما من جوانب الحوكمة وتقديم الخدمات وتحسين المركز المالي، هذه الطفرة الرقمية دافعها الاساسي هو نقل القطاع العام والخاص الاقتصاديين الى نموذج عمل يحتوي على نظم رقمية لتحسين أدائها للوصول الى أفضل مستوى، وتشمل هذه النظم الرقمية مجموعة واسعة من المجالات مثل الحوكمة الرقمية وتقديم الخدمات الرقمية وتحليلات البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي والأمن السبيراني. بهدف التوصل إلى فهم أوضح للإشكالية استخدمنا أداة الاستبيان لمسيري وإطارات المؤسسات الاقتصادية والعاملين في الادارة الجبائية ومحاسبين المعتمدين من جهة⸲ وإبراز الدور الهام الذي يلعبه الانتقال الرقمي بالنسبة للادراة الجبائية من خلال تطرقنا إلى الجوانب العامة للجباية الإلكترونية.

Through this research, we have attempted to extract the role of digital transformation in tax administration, which is an important aspect of governance, service delivery, and improving the financial position. This digital boom is primarily driven by the transformation of the public and economic sectors into a business model that incorporates digital systems to improve their performance and reach optimal levels. These digital systems encompass a wide range of fields, such as digital governance, digital service delivery, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. To gain a clearer understanding of the problem, we used a questionnaire for managers and executives of economic institutions, tax administration employees, accountants, and certified public accountants, on the one hand, and to highlight the important role digital transformation plays for tax administration by addressing the general aspects of e-taxation.
