الاستثناء المنقطع في القرآن الكريم من خلال كتاب تفسير التحرير والتنوير "لمحمد الطاهر بن عاشور" دراسة نحوية بلاغية

Abstract

يُعد أسلوب الاستثناء من الأساليب النحوية البارزة في اللغة العربية، وينقسم إلى نوعين رئيسيين: الاستثناء المتصل، حيث يكون المستثنى من جنس المستثنى منه، والاستثناء المنقطع، وهو ما يكون فيه المستثنى من غير جنس المستثنى منه، وهو محور هذا البحث. وقد سعت هذه الدراسة إلى حصر مواضع الاستثناء المنقطع في القرآن الكريم، واتخذنا من كتاب "تفسير التحرير والتنوير للطاهر بن عاشور" محورًا ومدونة للتطبيق. وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة في إطار نحوي بلاغي، بهدف تعميق الفهم الصحيح للسياق القرآني، واستجلاء المعاني الدقيقة للآيات التي ورد فيها هذا النوع من الاستثناء، كما تبيّن لنا من خلال التحليل أن الاستثناء المنقطع يُعد من العوامل المؤثرة في تعدد التفسيرات واختلاف آراء الفقهاء في العديد من المسائل الشرعية؛ وقد تناول البحث هذه الاختلافات بالدرس والتحليل النحوي والبلاغي، سعيًا لفهم أعمق للنص القرآني ومقاصده البلاغية والتفسيرية.

La structure de l’exception constitue l’une des figures grammaticales marquantes de la langue arabe. Elle se divise principalement en deux types : l’exception continue, où l’élément exclu appartient à la même catégorie que ce dont il est exclu, et l’exception discontinue, dans laquelle l’élément exclu n’est pas du même genre que celui dont il est retranché – cette dernière étant l’objet central de notre étude. Ce travail vise à recenser les occurrences de l’exception discontinue dans le Coran, en s’appuyant sur l’exégèse de "At-Tahrir wa At-Tanwir" de Cheikh Tahar Ibn Achour comme cadre de référence et corpus d’analyse. Cette recherche s’inscrit dans une double perspective grammaticale et rhétorique, cherchant à affiner la compréhension contextuelle du discours coranique et à dévoiler les significations subtiles des versets concernés. L’analyse a révélé que ce type d’exception joue un rôle déterminant dans la diversité des interprétations et les divergences jurisprudentielles entre les savants musulmans. L’étude examine ainsi ces divergences à travers une lecture analytique mêlant grammaire et éloquence, dans le but d’approfondir la compréhension du texte sacré et de ses finalités interprétatives et stylistiques.

The style of exception is considered one of the prominent grammatical structures in the Arabic language. It is divided into two main types: connected exception, where the excluded element belongs to the same category as what is being excluded from, and disconnected exception, where the excluded element does not belong to the same category as what is being excluded from. The latter type—the disconnected exception—is the main focus of this study. This research aims to identify all occurrences of the disconnected exception in the Holy Qur'an, using Tafsir al-Tahrirwa al-Tanwir by Tahir ibnAshur as the primary source and reference for application and analysis. The study adopts both grammatical and rhetorical perspectives, with the goal of deepening the correct understanding of the Qur'anic context and uncovering the precise meanings of the verses that include this form of exception. Through detailed analysis, it became evident that the disconnected exception plays a significant role in shaping the diversity of interpretations and the differing opinions among scholars on various jurisprudential issues. The research explores these differences through grammatical and rhetorical analysis, seeking a deeper understanding of the Qur'anic text and its interpretive and rhetorical purposes.
