تحليل أداء بورصة الجزائر خلال الفترة 2020- 2025 التحديات والفرص في ظل التحول الرقمي

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أداء بورصة الجزائر خلال الفترة من 2020 إلى 2025 في ظل التحول الرقمي المتسارع الذي يشهده العالم المالي. تناولت الدراسة جانبين رئيسيين: الأول نظري يستعرض تطور البورصة الجزائرية والمفاهيم الأساسية للرقمنة وأثرها على الأسواق المالية، والثاني تطبيقي ركّز على تحليل مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للبورصة مثل رسملة السوق، حجم التداول، وعدد الشركات المدرجة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن بورصة الجزائر شهدت تطورًا محدودًا خلال هذه الفترة، حيث لم يرتفع حجم التداول بشكل ملحوظ وبقي عدد الشركات المدرجة في السوق دون تغيير كبير، وهو ما يعزى إلى مجموعة من العوائق التنظيمية والثقافية التي تحد من فاعلية التحول الرقمي. ورغم ذلك، أبرزت الدراسة أن هناك فرصًا واعدة لتحسين أداء البورصة عبر الاستفادة من أدوات الرقمنة، وتعزيز الشفافية في العمليات المالية، فضلاً عن ضرورة إجراء إصلاحات تشريعية ومؤسساتية تدعم بيئة استثمارية أكثر جذبًا وفعالية.

This study aims to analyze the performance of the Algiers Stock Exchange during the period from 2020 to 2025 in light of the accelerating digital transformation in the financial world. The study covers two main aspects: the first is theoretical, reviewing the development of the Algerian stock market and the basic concepts of digitization and its impact on financial markets; the second is applied, focusing on the analysis of key performance indicators such as market capitalization, trading volume, and the number of listed companies. The study found that the Algerian stock exchange experienced limited development during this period, as trading volume did not increase significantly and the number of listed companies remained largely unchanged. This is attributed to a set of regulatory and cultural obstacles that limit the effectiveness of digital transformation. Nevertheless, the study highlights promising opportunities to enhance the performance of the stock exchange through the adoption of digital tools, strengthening transparency in financial operations, and the need for legislative and institutional reforms that support a more attractive and efficient investment environment.
