مساهمة الإدارة الإلكترونية في التخفيف من ضغوط العمل في مؤسسة دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة بريد الجزائر تقرت

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مساهمة الإدارة الإلكترونية في التخفيف من ضغوط العمل بمؤسسة بريد الجزائر وحدة توقرت ،حيث طبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من (61) عامل، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، ثم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستبانات عن طريق استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) نسخة رقم 58 بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية، الانحرافات المعيارية، معاملات الارتباط وتحليل الانحدار ، وخلصت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها : وجود علاقة ارتباط قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين بعد عتاد الحاسوب وضغوط العمل بينما العلاقات الأخرى (البرمجيات والشبكات ، صناعة المعرفة ، نظم إدارة قواعد البيانات) علاقة ضغيفة في مؤسسة بريد الجزائر وحدة توقرت ويعزز هذا قيمة معامل الارتباط (R=0.418) أما القوة التفسيرية فقد بلغت (0.233R2=).

This study aims to identify Th contribution oh electronic management in reducing work strss Algerian post touggourt unit the study applied on a random and simple sample which consist of 61worker, the study also adopted the descriptive process and to achieve the goals of the study it used the resolution as a tool to gather data the received data analyse in resolution by using the program of stas package for social science (spss) copy number 58 by using arithmetic averages, normative distraction,the link transaction and analyse the various and the study ended to different consequences which are: there was strong relationship of stastistics between computer hardware on a level of the work stress while the other relationships (software and networks . knowledge industry . database management systems) are weak in the corporation of algeriam post which enhanced by the correlation factor (R=0.418).
