Abstract

تُعتبر استراتيجية حزب الله اللبناني قبل وبعد عملية "طوفان الأقصى" انعكاسًا لتطورات المشهد الإقليمي والدولي، وتفاعلًا مع التحولات في الصراع الفلسطيني-الإسرائيلي. كان حزب الله يركز على تعزيز قدراته العسكرية والتنظيمية قبل طوفان الأقصى، مع التركيز على مقاومة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي في جنوب لبنان. وأدت عملية "طوفان الأقصى" إلى تغيير في استراتيجية حزب الله، وبدأ التنسيق بشكل أكبر مع الفصائل الفلسطينية، خاصة حماس، وزاد من نشاطه الإعلامي والسياسي لدعم القضية الفلسطينية، مع التركيز على إبراز المقاومة كخيار استراتيجي. لذلك يُظهر تطور استراتيجية حزب الله قبل وبعد طوفان الأقصى تكيفًا مع المتغيرات السياسية والعسكرية في المنطقة، وسعيًا لتعزيز موقعه كفاعل رئيسي في محور المقاومة.

The strategy of Lebanese Hezbollah before and after Operation "Toufane Al- Aqsa" reflects developments in the regional and international landscape and is a response to shifts in the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. Hezbollah had focused on strengthening its military and organizational capabilities before the "Toufane Al- Aqsa", with an emphasis on resisting the Israeli occupation in southern Lebanon. Operation "Toufane Al- Aqsa" led to a change in Hezbollah's strategy. Hezbollah began to coordinate more closely with Palestinian factions, especially Hamas, and increased its media and political activity in support of the Palestinian cause, with an emphasis on highlighting resistance as a strategic option. Therefore, the evolution of Hezbollah's strategy before and after the Al-Aqsa Flood demonstrates an adaptation to political and military changes in the region and an effort to strengthen its position as a key player in the axis of resistance.

La stratégie du Hezbollah libanais avant et après l'opération « Toufane Al-Aqsa » reflète l'évolution du paysage régional et international et constitue une réponse aux mutations du conflit israélo-palestinien. Avant l'opération « Toufane Al-Aqsa », le Hezbollah s'était concentré sur le renforcement de ses capacités militaires et organisationnelles, en mettant l'accent sur la résistance à l'occupation israélienne au Sud-Liban. L'opération « Toufane Al-Aqsa » a entraîné un changement de stratégie. Le Hezbollah a commencé à se coordonner plus étroitement avec les factions palestiniennes, notamment le Hamas, et a intensifié son activité médiatique et politique en soutien à la cause palestinienne, en mettant l'accent sur la résistance comme option stratégique.
