Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة التناقضات في السياسة الخارجية الأمريكية من خلال مقارنة مواقفها تجاه الحرب على غزة والحرب الأوكرانية. تستعرض المذكرة كيف ترفع الولايات المتحدة شعارات الحرية والديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان، لكنها تتبنى معايير مزدوجة عند التعامل مع الأزمات الدولية. يظهر هذا التناقض بوضوح في دعمها السياسي والعسكري لإسرائيل خلال الحرب على غزة، مقابل دعمها الكامل لأوكرانيا في مواجهة روسيا. تُحلل الدراسة الأسس النظرية التي تُبنى عليها السياسة الأمريكية، وتُناقش فرضية أن هذه السياسة تُحدد بناءً على المصالح الاستراتيجية والجيوسياسية، وليس القيم الإنسانية المُعلنة. كما تستعرض تأثير هذه السياسات على العلاقات الدولية وصورة الولايات المتحدة عالمياً، مع التركيز على دور الدبلوماسية والإعلام في تبرير المواقف الأمريكية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن ازدواجية المعايير تُشكل سمة بارزة للسياسة الخارجية الأمريكية، ما يُضعف مصداقيتها ويزيد من الانتقادات الدولية تجاهها. The study analyzes the theoretical foundations underpinning US foreign policy and discusses the hypothesis that this policy is guided by strategic and geopolitical interests rather than the proclaimed humanitarian values. It also examines the impact of these policies on international relations and the global perception of the United States, emphasizing the role of diplomacy and media in justifying US positions. The study concludes that double standards are a prominent feature of US foreign policy, undermining its credibility and increasing international criticism.
