Abstract

تهدف هده الدراسة لمعرفة الدور الذي تؤديه المراجعة الداخلية لتحسين أداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية ،وذلك من خلال التعرف على مفهوم المراجعة الداخلية وأنواعها، ومبادئها التي تتلائم مع المؤسسة الاقتصادية ، ومن ثم مدى مساهمته في تحسين الأداء المالي . فالمراجعة الداخلیة وظیفة تساعد إدارة المؤسسة على تطبیق سیاساتها واجراءاتها وبلوغ أهدافها بكفاءة وفعالیة،وهي اداة تستعملها المؤسسة للكشف عن مواطن الغش والخطأ وتحدید نقاط القوة وتنبیه ادارة المؤسسة بما قد تواجهه من أخطار.

This study aims to recognizing the role of the internal review to regaining the fiscal performance of the economic enterprise. That is through recognizing the concept of internal review and its types and its disciplines which fit the economic enterprise. Hence,its contribution in amiliorating the fiscal performance. The internal review is an act that helps the management of an enterprise in applying its policies and procedures then acheiving its targets competentlly and efficiently. Moreover, it is a tool used by the enterprise to detect the deception and errors. Besides, the point of strength and warning the administration of what may confronte as risks
