أثر تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية في المؤسسة دراسة حالة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث الى دراسة مدى تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية في المؤسسات الجزائرية وكفاءة الأداء الإداري وسرعة اتخاذ القرارات، بالإضافة إلى التحديات التي تواجه هذا التطبيق. تم استخدام استبيان لجمع البيانات من عينة من الموظفين كما أظهرت النتائج أن هناك تأثيرًا إيجابيًا لتطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية على تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية في المؤسسات الجزائرية ، ولكن توجد بعض التحديات المتعلقة بالبنية التحتية والتدريب.

This study seeks to examine the extent to which e management is implemented within Algerian organizations, alongside its impact on administrative efficiency and decision making speed, while also identifying the challenges that hinder effective adoption. Data were collected through a questionnaire administered to a sample of employees. The findings reveal a positive effect of e management implementation on organizational performance; however, several obstacles—particularly those related to infrastructure and training—continue to impede full realization of its benefits.
