Abstract

نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة صناديق الدعم والتمويل في مرافقة المشاريع الاستثمارية سواء كانت ضمن المؤسسات الناشئة أو المصغرة، وهذا بدراسة حالة مصنع صناعة ورق الكرافت وتدوير الورق والذي يندرج ضمن القرار 1275 شهادة جامعية- مؤسسة ناشئة، وهذا باختيار الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية، أين حاولنا اسقاط الدراسة في الوكالة لمعرفة آفاق الدعم والمرافقة التي يمكن أن تقدمها الوكالة لهذا النوع من المشاريع، وباستخدام أسلوب دراسة الحالة توصلنا إلى أن الصندوق الجزائري للمؤسسات الناشئة

Through this study, we aim to know the extent of the contribution of support and financing funds in accompanying investment projects, whether they are within the emerging or small enterprises, and this is by studying the case of the kraft paper industry and paper recycling factory, which falls withi Resolution 1275 university degree - an emerging institution, and this is by choosing the National Agency for Support and Development Entrepreneurship, where did we try to drop the study in the agency to know the prospects for support and accompaniment that the agency can provide for this type of project, and using the case study method we concluded that the Algerian Fund for Emerging Enterprises
