Abstract: The study aims to analyze the role of personal factors in the knowledge sharing of The National Well Works Corporation by Hasi Masood. We adopted the analytical descriptive curriculum. A questionnaire was designed as a key tool. The study was conducted on a random sample of 96 workers, processing data with "spss.v22". The National Well Works Corporation does not adopt strong and effective knowledge sharing in such a way as to generate new knowledge capital; Employees have strong personal characteristics that enable them to perform work; Personal factors contribute to the level of cognitive sharing achieved
