| Abstract: | This study aims to analyze the impact of incentive on improving human resource performance within economic institutions, through a field study conducted at the Cevital Group in Algiers, Algeria. The research adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, using a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool, and SPSS software for data processing and hypothesis testing. The study population consisted of employees at Cevital, with a randomly selected sample of 50 employees. A total of 36 valid questionnaires were retrieved and analyzed. The statistical analysis results revealed a significant positive relationship between incentive systems and human resource performance. The study recommends enhancing incentive as an effective tool for employee motivation, along with improving the work environment and developing training and promotion programs based on efficiency and fairness criteria, thereby boosting employee motivation and supporting institutional goals |
