الرضا الوظيفي لدى الإمام بولاية ورقلة - دراسةميدانيةعلى عينة من الأئمة بولاية ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى الأئمة بولاية ورقلة في ضوء المسمى الوظيفي، والأقدمية، والمستوى التعليمي، والسن، والحالة العائلية، ومكان العمل، حيث تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة و لجمع البيانت تم تبني مقياس الرضا الوظيفي بعد التأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية حيث تم تطبيقه على عينة مكونة من 109 امام بولاية ورقلة تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية البسيطة وبعد المعلجة الإحصائية أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى أئمة ولاية ورقلة منخفض ولا توجد فروق بينهم تعزى لمتغيرات المسمى الوظيفي، والأقدمية، والمستوى التعليمي، والسن، والحالة العائلية، ومكان العمل) وتم مناقشة ه\ه النتائج في ضوء ما جاء في الجانب النظري والدراسات السابقة وختمت الدراسة بمجموعة من الإقترحات والتوصيات.

This study aims to identify the level of job satisfaction among imams in the Wilaya of Ouargla in the context of job title, seniority, educational level, age, marital status, and workplace.The exploratory descriptive method was adopted to achieve the objectives of the study.To collect data, a job satisfaction scale was used after verifying its psychometric properties.It was applied to a sample of 109 imams in the Wilaya of Ouargla, selected using a simple random sampling method. After statistical analysis, the results showed that the level of job satisfaction among the imams of Ouargla is low, and there are no significant differences among them attributable to the variables of job title, seniority, educational level, age, marital status, or workplace. These results were discussed in the context of the theoretical framework and previous studies.The study concluded with a set of suggestions and recommendations
