إدارة الوقت وعلاقتها بالأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي دراسة ميدانية على عينة بالمؤسسات التربوية بمدينة توقرت

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين إدارة الوقت و الأداء الوظيفي لدى عينة من الأساتذة، وذلك في ضوء التحديات المتزايدة التي تواجه المؤسسات التعليمية، تم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة من أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بمدينة تقرت ، تم اختيارهم بطريقة ملاءمة. واستخدمت أداة الاستبيان كوسيلة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، حيث تم تصميمها لقياس إدارة الوقت والأداء الوظيفي، وقد تم التحقق من صدق الأداة من خلال عرضها على مجموعة من المحكمين ذوي الخبرة، كما تم حساب ثباتها باستخدام معامل ألفا كرو نباخ و التجزئة النصفية، و أظهرت النتائج درجة ثبات مرتفعة مما يؤكد صلاحية الأداة للاستخدام في الدراسة. تم تفسير النتائج في إطار النتائج التي تم التحصل عليها من خلال استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSSو النظريات التي تؤكد دور إدارة الوقت في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي، وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة متوسطة القوة بين إدارة الوقت و الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بمدينة تقرت.

This study aims to uncover the nature of the relationsihip between time management and job performance among a sample of teachers, in light of the increasing challengzs facing education institutions. The study was applied to a sample of primary school teacgers in the city of touggourt, who were selected appropriately. Aquestionnaire was used as the primary means of data collection. It was designed to measure time managementand job performance. The validity of the tool was verified by presenting it to group of experienced arbtirators. Its reliability was calculated using Cronbachs alpha coefficient and split-half. The results showed a high degree of reliability. Confirming the validity of the tool for use in the study. The results were interpreted within the framework of the results obtained using the SPSS staitistical analysis program and theories that emphasize the role of time management in improving job perfomance. The resultsshowed amoderately strong relationshop between time managementand job performanceamong primary school teachers in the city of Touggourt
