المعالجة الإعلامية لجهود الجيش الوطني الشعبي في الحفاظ على السيادة الوطنية دراسة تحليلية لعينة من حلقات برنامج " وعقدنا العزم " على القناة الجزائرية الإخبارية A3 في الفترة الممتدة من جانفي إلى ديسمبر 2024

Abstract

تمحورت الدراسة حول المعالجة الإعلامية لجهود الجيش الوطني الشعبي في الحفاظ على السيادة الوطنية عبر برنامج "وعقدنا العزم" الذي يبث عبر قنوات التلفزيون العمومي الجزائري، ذلك أن السيادة الوطنية تعد من أسمى أولويات الجيش الوطني الشعبي سليل جيش التحرير الوطني فهي أمانة الشهداء الأبرار لا يسمح المساس بها مهما كانت الظروف، ويسخر كل الجهود من أجل الحفاظ عليها في ظل ما يشهده عالم اليوم من تطورات على كافة الأصعدة وما يفرزه من تحولات وتحديات وتهديدات إقليمية ودولية. وهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة كيف تمت المعالجة الإعلامية لهذه الجهود حيث استخدمنا في ذلك عينة عشوائية منتظمة من حلقات برنامج "وعقدنا العزم" لسنة 2024 بقناة الجزائرية الإخبارية A3، متبعين في ذلك منهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدام أداة تحليل المضمون وفق فئات تتعلق بالشكل وفئات تتعلق بالمضمون، بغية وصف وتحليل المادة الإعلامية لبرنامج "وعقدنا العزم". بعد التحليل توصلت الدراسة إلى أن برنامج "وعقدنا العزم" في نقله للمضامين يعتمد على التقرير بشكل بارز واستخدام اللغة العربية الفصحى ومؤثرات صوتية طبيعية واصطناعية، ويكمن دور برنامج "وعقدنا العزم" في تنوير الرأي العام حول مكانة السيادة الوطنية في الجيش الوطني الشعبي وجهوده في سبيل صونها من خلال تنويعه في المواضيع ذات الصلة، وكذا إبراز كفاءة الجيش الوطني الشعبي واستعداده على كافة المستويات، ويؤكد أن السيادة الوطنية أمانة مقدسة، والدفاع عن الوطن عقيدة راسخة، واللحمة الوطنية فطرة ثابتة، والتاريخ الوطني منبع للفخر والقوة.

The study revolved around the media coverage of the efforts of the People's National Army (ANP) in preserving national sovereignty, through the program "Wa A'qadna Al-Azm" broadcast on Algerian public television channels. National sovereignty is considered one of the highest priorities of the People's National Army, the heir of the National Liberation Army, as it is a sacred trust of the righteous martyrs and cannot be compromised under any circumstances. All efforts are dedicated to preserving it in light of the current global developments on all levels, as well as the resulting transformations, challenges, and regional and international threats.

The aim of this study was to explore how these efforts were portrayed in the media. To that end, we used a systematic random sample of episodes from the "Wa A'qadna Al-Azm" program aired in 2024 on the Algerian News Channel A3. We adopted a descriptive-analytical approach and used content analysis as a tool, with categories related to form and others to content, in order to describe and analyze the media material presented in the program.

After conducting the analysis, the study found that the program "Wa A'qadna Al-Azm" primarily relies on reporting to convey its content, using Modern Standard Arabic and a combination of natural and artificial sound effects. The role of the program lies in enlightening public opinion on the importance of national sovereignty for the People's National Army and its efforts to safeguard it. This is achieved by diversifying related topics and highlighting the army’s competence and readiness at all levels. The program reinforces the idea that national sovereignty is a sacred trust, that defending the homeland is a deeply rooted doctrine, national unity is an inherent instinct, and national history is a source of pride and strength.
