التشارك المعرفي لدى ضباط الجمارك - دراسة ميدانية بالمديرية الجهوية للجمارك بورقلة -

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على مستوى التشارك المعرفي لدى ضباط الجمارك بالمديرية الجهوية للجمارك بورقلة. من خلال دراسة عينة قصدية على مجموعة من الضباط بهذه المؤسسة معتمدين على المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي، واستخدام أداة الاستبيان مكون من 28 فقرة تمثل أبعاد التشارك المعرفي وزعت على بعدين هما: نقل المعرفة وطلب المعرفة عن طريق مقياس ليكرت الخماسي، وتم توزيع أداة الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 100 ضابط وضابطة يعملون بالمديرية الجهوية للجمارك بورقلة. ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج وهي: - مستوى التشارك المعرفي لدى أفراد العينة مرتفعا. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة التشارك المعرفي تعزى إلى متغير السن. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة التشارك المعرفي تعزى إلى متغير المستوى التعليمي. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة التشارك المعرفي تعزى إلى متغير سنوات الأقدمية. This study aimed to identify the level of knowledge sharing among customs officers at the Regional Customs Directorate in Ouargla. The research was conducted on a purposive sample of officers within this institution, using a descriptive exploratory methodology. A questionnaire consisting of 28 items representing the dimensions of knowledge sharing—namely, knowledge transfer and knowledge seeking—was employed. A five-point Likert scale was used, and the tool was distributed to a sample of 100 male and female officers working at the Regional Customs Directorate in Ouargla. The study reached a number of findings, including: • The level of knowledge sharing among the sample members was high. • There were no statistically significant differences in the degree of knowledge sharing attributable to the variable of age. • There were no statistically significant differences in the degree of knowledge sharing attributable to the variable of educational level. • There were no statistically significant differences in the degree of knowledge sharing attributable to the variable of years of seniority
