فاعلية برنامج تدريبي في إعداد وتطبيق البرنامج التربوي الفردي لمعلمي األقسام المدمجة بالمدارس االبتدائية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى فاعلية تدريب معلمات الأقسام المدمجة على إعداد البرنامج التربوي الفردي للتلاميذ ذوي الإعاقة في المرحلة الابتدائية.لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج التجريبي بتصميم المجموعة الواحدة. تمثلت عينة الدراسة في معلمات الأقسام المدمجة لذوي الإعاقة السمعية والعقلية بالمدارس الابتدائية بمدينة تقرت وعددهن 12معلمة. ولجمع البيانات تم تصميم قائمة أداء للقياس القبلي والبعدي في إعداد الخطة التدريسية الفردية. توصلت النتائج إلى أنه توجد فروقا دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات معلمات الأقسام المدمجة في القياس القبلي والبعدي لإعداد البرنامج التربوي الفردي لصالح القياس البعدي،وأنهلايوجد تأثيرلتفاعل البرنامج التدريبي والتخصص العلمي وفئة الإعاقة في القياس البعدي لإعداد البرنامج التربوي الفردي.

The study aimed to determine the effectiveness of training integrated classroom teachers to prepare individualized educational programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities in primary school. To achieve the study objectives, the experimental approach was adopted using a single-group design. The study sample consisted of 12 teachers in integrated classrooms for students with hearing and mental disabilities in primary schools in the city of Touggourt. To collect data, a performance checklist was designed for pre- and post-tests on the preparation of the individualized teaching plan. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the average scores of integrated classroom teachers in the pre- and post-tests on the preparation of the individualized educational program (IEP), in favor of the post-test. Furthermore, there was no interaction between the training program, academic specialization, and disability category on the post-test on the preparation of the IEP.
