تشكل الهوية المهنية لأصحاب المشاريع المصغرة بين التكوين الجامعي والممارسة الحرفية دراسة على عينة من الحرفيين أصحاب المشاريع المصغرة الحاملين لشهادات جامعية ببلدية ورقلة

Abstract

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى فهم الكيفية التي تتشكل بها الهوية المهنية لدى أصحاب المشاريع المصغرة من خريجي الجامعات، من خلال تتبع تفاعلهم بين التكوين الأكاديمي الذي تلقّوه، والممارسة الحرفية التي اختاروها كمجال مهني. وقد تمحور التساؤل الرئيسي للدراسة حول: كيف تتشكل الهوية المهنية لأصحاب المشاريع المصغرة بين التكوين الجامعي والممارسة الحرفية؟ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم الاعتماد المنهج الكيفي الذي يتيح فهمًا عميقًا لتجارب الأفراد وسيرورات بناء الهوية المهنية، كما تم استخدام أداة المقابلة شبه الموجهة لجمع البيانات من خلال عينة كرة الثلج، بلغ عددها 9 مبحوثين من حاملي الشهادات الجامعية الذين أنشأوا مشاريع مصغرة ذات طابع حرفي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج الأساسية، أهمها: 1. أن التكوين الجامعي ساهم بشكل جزئي ورمزي في تشكيل الهوية المهنية، لكنه لم يكن كافياً لبنائها أو ترسيخها. 2. أن الممارسة الحرفية لعبت دورًا جوهريًا في إعادة تشكيل تصوراتهم لذواتهم المهنية، مما أدى إلى بناء انتماء مهني فعلي يتجاوز الانتماء للشهادة الجامعية. 3. أن الهوية المهنية المتشكّلة هي هوية تفاوضية، حيث تتأرجح بين رمزية التكوين الجامعي وفعالية الإنجاز الحرفي، دون التخلي عن إمكانية الجمع بينهما. وتُظهر هذه النتائج أن الهوية المهنية في السياق المدروس ليست ناتجًا تلقائيًا للتكوين الجامعي، بل هي عملية تفاعلية معقدة تتأثر بالتجربة، والخيارات الشخصية، والقيود الاجتماعية، مما يجعلها هوية ديناميكية ومتعددة الأبعاد.

This study aims to explore how the professional identity of university graduates engaged in small-scale craft projects is formed, by examining the interaction between their academic training and the craft-based practices they have chosen as a career path. The central research question guiding the study was: How is the professional identity of small-scale project owners shaped between university education and craft l practice? To address this question, the study adopted a qualitative methodology, which enables a deep understanding of individuals' experiences and the processes involved in constructing professional identity. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews with a snowball sample consisting of 9 participants—university degree holders who have launched small, craft-based businesses. The study arrived at several key findings, the most important of which are: 1. University education contributed only partially and symbolically to the formation of professional identity; it was insufficient for its complete development or consolidation. 2. craft practice played a central role in reshaping participants’ perceptions of their professional selves, leading to a stronger occupational affiliation that surpassed their connection to their academic degree.

3. The resulting professional identity is a negotiated identity, balancing between the symbolic capital of academic credentials and the practical value of achievem craft ent—without necessarily excluding the possibility of combining both. These findings reveal that professional identity, in this context, is not a direct or automatic outcome of academic formation. Rather, it is a dynamic, multidimensional process influenced by lived experience, personal choices, and social constraints—ultimately forming a flexible and evolving identity.
