أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الجديدة على الأداء الوظيفي للإمام (دراسة ميدانية لعينة من أئمة ولاية ورقلة)

Abstract

يعد إستخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الجديدة من طرف الأئمة ظاهرة تبرز مواكبتهم لتطور تكنولوجيا الإعلام والإتصال وتسخيرها في أداء وظيفتهم وتطوير مهاراتهم، لذا إنطلقت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة أثر إستخدام تكنولوجيا الإتصال الجديدة على الأداء الوظيفي لمجموعة من الأئمة بولاية ورقلة بإعتبار أن هذه الدراسة تدخل ضمن التخصص والدراسة وتكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في كونها تعالج موضوعا من المواضيع المعاصرة لدى فئة من قادة الرأي في المجتمع (الأئمة) حيث أنجزت هذه الدراسة للإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي: ما هو أثر إستخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الجديدة على الأداء الوظيفي لأئمة ولاية ورقلة ؟ حيث تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يناسب طبيعة الدراسة، كما تم إستخدام إستمارة الإستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات من خلال عينة قصدية مكونه من 100 إمام، ومقترب نظري يتمثل في إنتشار المبتكرات والإستخدامات والإشباعات وقد أسفرت النتائج على أن للتكنولوجيا آثارا إيجابية وأخرى سلبية على الأداء الوظيفي للإمام.

The use of technology in communication by Imams is indeed a phenemenon that proves them rising with the occasion. Therefore, this study aims at recognising the impact of information technology on the performance of Imams in Ouargla, considering that this study is crucial in the speciality in that it deals with one of the noval topics amongst people who shape thought tendencies. This study amis at answering the question: what is the impact of information technology on the performance of Imams. The study utilises analytical and descriptive method for its suits the study. The study made use of a questionnaire to collect data on a sample of 100 Imams and a thearetical approach that was based on the available technology. The results indicate that technology does have influence, both positive and negative, on the performance of Imams.
