Abstract

يسعى قطاع التعليم العالي في الجزائر إلى مواكبة التطورات التي يشهدها العالم، خاصة ما تعلق بتطوير تكنولوجيات المعلومات و الاتصال ، نظرا للمساهمة الكبير للرقمنة في تطوير العملية التعليمية و جودة نتائجها ، عمدت الدولة الجزائرية من خلال وزارة التعليم العالي إلى اعتماد إستراتيجية رقمنة قطاع التعليم الاكايمي، وقد واجه هذا التحول العديد من الرهانات و التحديات لتجسيده في الواقع ، وتسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على آليات الرقمنة و متطلباتها و كذا الوقوف على التحديات و الصعوبات التي تقف أمام توظيف الرقمنة في قطاع التعليم العالي الجزائري .و قد تم استخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي في هذه الدراسة المناسب لتحليل ، و كذلك اعتمدنا على منهج الاتصال باعتبار أن الظاهرة بمثابة عملية تفاعلية تأثير وتأثر و مصدرها الأساس هو الاتصال . Abstract: The Algerian higher education sector is striving to keep pace with g الرقمنة lobal advancements, particularly as relates to development of information and communication technologies, due to the major role contribution of digitization in enhancing the educational process and its outcomes. The Algerian government, through the Ministry of Higher Education, has embraced a digitization strategy for the academic euducation sector. This transformation has encountered numerous Stakes and Challenges in its implementation. This study aims to explore the mechanisms, requirements, challenges, and obstacles hindering the effective utilization of digitization in the Algerian higher education sector. A descriptive analytical methodology was employed in this study, tailored for analysis, along with an emphasis on a communication approach, considering the phenomenon is an interactive process of influence and interaction, the main source of which is communication
