Abstract: The electionresultsannouncementis a vital constitutionalmechanism in the modern state, secured by the Algerian legislatorthroughlegal and judicialguarantees. A studyanalyzing the proceduresfound a hierarchicalprocess: startingwith the initial tally and the provisionalannouncement by the National Independent Election Authority, leading to the final declaration. Jurisdictionisdivided: the Constitutional Court rules on national election challenges, and the Administrative Judiciaryhandles local election disputes. The studyrecommendsrelaxingformalprocedural restrictions on constitutionalappeals and extendingstatutory deadlines to enhancejudicialoversight.
